Tipperary station has just completed a second successful year of a commercial scale cotton trial.
After planting 100 hectares of irrigated cotton and 200 hectares of dryland cotton, picking has just wrapped up and the results are looking promising.
In addition to the exciting work on the ground, the business has just been granted a Non-Pastoral Use permit for the growing of broadacre crops across over 14,000 hectares of the station.
This permit will underpin further expansion of Tipperary's cropping program in years to come.
